Course Overview

The Diploma in Hotel Management at City University Malaysia is the “Hospitality Command Center” program. It is designed to take you behind the front desk and into the high-stakes world of managing international-standard hotels and resorts. This program focuses on the 360-degree guest experience. Instead of just studying hospitality theory, you will dive into the practical “Engine Room” of the industry. You will master Front Office Operations, Housekeeping Management, Food & Beverage Service, and Event Planning. By combining classroom lessons with “hands-on training,” you will learn the art of professional communication, problem-solving under pressure, and the technical side of hotel software. It is a direct route to becoming a Guest Relations Officer, Hotel Supervisor, or Event Coordinator in a global, multi-billion dollar industry.
