Course Overview

The Bachelor of Hospitality Management (Hons) at City University Malaysia is the “Experience Architect” program. This high-level degree is designed to transform you into a strategic leader who can design, manage, and scale world-class guest experiences in the global tourism and service economy. This program is built on Project-Based Learning, moving far beyond basic “front desk” skills. Under the mentorship of industry experts, you will act as a Hospitality Consultant, working in teams to design and launch “Realistic Hospitality Products”—such as a boutique resort concept or a specialized tour package—for actual tourism sites. This hands-on approach sharpens your Critical Thinking and Project Management skills, training you to handle the complex logistics, staffing, and financial planning required to run a 5-star operation. You will graduate as a “Job-Ready” professional prepared for leadership roles in Hotel Management, Event Planning, or Tourism Development.
