Course Overview
The Bachelor of Communication (Hons) in Corporate Communication at City University Malaysia is the “Strategic Voice” program. It is designed to train professionals who manage how a company talks to the world—and to its own people—to build trust, protect reputation, and drive business success on a global scale. This program focuses on Strategic Relationship Management. You will move beyond simple messaging to master the “Corporate Blueprint,” which includes Media Relations, Crisis Communication, and Investor Relations. A major highlight of the degree is its focus on Internal Communication; you will learn how to keep a workforce aligned and motivated by clearly sharing the company’s vision. By the time you graduate, you will be a “Reputation Guardian” capable of using data-driven storytelling and digital tools to manage a brand’s image in high-pressure environments.
