Course Overview

The Foundation in Business at City University Malaysia is the “Fast-Track” for students ready to enter the corporate world. It is a one-year preparatory program that acts as a bridge between high school and a professional business degree. Instead of studying unrelated subjects, you spend your year mastering the Big Four of Business: Accounting, Economics, Management, and Marketing. Because global business is conducted in English, the program also includes intensive Language Proficiency training to ensure you can present, write, and negotiate with confidence. This year is designed to give you a “head start,” so when you begin your Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, or BBA, you already understand the core concepts and terminology used in the boardroom.
