Course Overview

The Master of Engineering Management (MEM) at UNITEN (Universiti Tenaga Nasional) is essentially the “MBA for Engineers.” It is designed specifically for technical professionals who are stepping up into leadership roles. Many engineers are promoted because they are great at engineering, but they struggle when they suddenly have to manage people, budgets, and strategies. This program bridges that gap.
