Terms of Service

Tasheel is a student-recruitment and education-advisory service that helps international students discover universities, colleges and language centres in Malaysia, prepare and submit applications, and arrange the supporting steps such as offer letters, payments and student-visa guidance.

We act as an intermediary between you and the educational institutions. We are not a university, a government body, or an immigration authority, and admission and visa decisions are always made by those third parties.

You must be at least 16 years old (or have the consent of a parent or guardian) to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it up to date.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Through Tasheel you can browse institutions and programmes, request consultations with an advisor, submit applications, upload the documents required for those applications, receive and pay bills related to your application, and track the progress of your application and student visa.

An assigned advisor may communicate with you inside the platform and by email. Advice we give is for guidance only and does not replace the official requirements of the institution or the relevant authorities.

We work hard to present your application in the best possible way, but we cannot and do not guarantee that any institution will admit you, that an offer will be issued, or that a student visa will be approved. Those outcomes depend on the institutions and authorities and on the accuracy of the information you provide.

Some services, offer letters, and tuition or processing charges carry fees. Any fee will be shown to you as a bill inside your account before you are asked to pay. Unless stated otherwise in writing, fees paid to third parties (such as universities or government bodies) are governed by those parties’ own refund rules.

You agree to pay the amounts shown on a bill by the stated due date using the payment method indicated, and to upload a valid proof of payment when asked so our team can confirm it.

You agree to provide genuine documents and truthful information, to respond to reasonable requests from your advisor in good time, and not to misuse the platform, attempt to access other users’ data, or upload unlawful or harmful content. Submitting forged or misleading documents may end your application and your account.

You keep ownership of the documents and information you upload. You grant Tasheel permission to store and share them with the institutions and service providers needed to process the application you asked us to handle.

The Tasheel name, logo, design, and the content we publish about institutions and programmes belong to Tasheel or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Information about universities, colleges, language centres and programmes is provided to help you choose, but it may change. The institution’s own published terms, fees and entry requirements always take precedence. We are not responsible for the acts or decisions of those third parties.

To the extent permitted by law, Tasheel is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes that result from inaccurate information you provided, from the decisions of institutions or authorities, or from events outside our reasonable control. Our services are provided on a reasonable-effort basis.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or that is used unlawfully. We will keep certain records where the law requires it (see our Privacy Policy).

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change we will take reasonable steps to let you know. Continuing to use Tasheel after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
